  I was blessed to be referred to Leslie and her awesome Providence Pilates studio. Recovering from a herniated disc a few months back, I was searching for the right kind of exercise regimen that would not only strengthen my back and core, but would be safe for my body. I also wanted to find a Pilates teacher with a rehabilitation focus. I had done Pilates Mat classes a few years back and always wanted to try the Reformer and other equipment and am so happy this type of exercise works for my back issue! Leslie's one-on-one attention to one’s health and body recovery needs is outstanding and I trust her observing my form to avoid injury and creating customized Pilates sessions that adapts to how one is feeling each week. The studio is a breath of fresh air and Leslie is a sweet and beautiful soul that truly cares about your mind-body healing journey through Pilates.
